When I See Her - Paperback

About this item

by Gina Pham (Author)

A reformed optimist meets his match.

The last place Ben Tran wants to be is back in his hometown, the place where his ex-girlfriend wrecked him. But when his dad's memorial comes around, he's forced to revisit the life he left behind, including the woman he lovingly refers to as "the plague."

Ben wants to return to his high-rise apartment in the city, where he lives alone and is hundreds of miles from the immigrant household he grew up in. But a run-in with his ex-girlfriend's lover and a not-meet-cute with a strange woman at the cemetery set off his journey to uncover new details about his father's death ... and the many reasons why he should stay.

Everything changes when Ben sees her.
