Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and typically take 3–7 business days after shipment.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
