About this item
by Amanda Lunday (Author)
Some second chances come with strings. Alice's comes with the one man she's supposed to hate.
Alice Gibson doesn't quit. Not when a kitchen scandal tanks her once-promising culinary career. Not when she's scraping by with a food truck and DIY catering gigs. And definitely not when her latest gig lands her in front of Delany Clare-a retired basketball superstar turned investor who's charming, thoughtful, and about to become off limits.
Their first date is effortless. Then Alice finds out Delany's holding company is the reason her sister lost everything.
Now Alice is juggling a massive secret: salvaging her business with the help of the one man she's supposed to hate. A choice that could cost her the one person who's always been there for her.
Falling for Delany was never part of the plan-especially not as he offers her the chance to do more with food than she ever thought possible.
A gripping, easy read. Smart, character-driven, and full of vibrant personalities, THE CATERER is a story about second chances, sisterhood, and betting on yourself. Perfect for fans of Katherine Center and Alison Espach.
