About this item
by Amber Lilyquist (Author)
Elanor Gibson thinks she has it all with her first high school boyfriend, Jason. But their relationship isn't as genuine as it seems. A week after their rocky breakup, Jason's body is found torn apart in the woods.
His death shakes the residents of Deer Lake, a small town in southeastern Wisconsin. This sort of violence had never occurred in their community. While the police do their best to keep things calm and quiet, the students start pointing fingers-some of them at Elanor. She and her friends, Vicky and Jae, begin their own investigation to clear her name.
As they work to uncover the truth, fiction and reality begin to blur. Something more terrifying is afoot than a simple murder. A hunter is stalking its prey.
