About this item
by Adriana Locke (Author)
It was a simple job-keeping his teenage daughter out of trouble for thirty days. But I didn't realize how my grumpy, gorgeous, blue collar, single dad boss would tempt me in all the wrong ways.
Chase Marshall is the bane of my existence. He's moody, gruff, and impossible to read. Sure, he's an incredible father, but with me? He's colder than a February night in this small Indiana town.
And now, because of a favor, I'm stuck living under his roof for the next thirty days.
He claims I'm the most infuriating woman he's ever met. But then come the lingering glances, the accidental touches that don't feel so accidental, and a smirk that I want to kiss off his annoyingly handsome face.
The longer we're together, the hotter it gets-until the tension finally snaps.
Now, nothing is simple. The job. Our boundaries. My feelings.
Will Chase watch me walk away when my time is up? Or will he be tempted to ask me to stay?
