And Jill Came Tumbling After - Paperback

About this item

by John Manderino (Author)

John Manderino delivers here a tender, often darkly funny portrait of two lives, Jill's and Jack's, from childhood triumphs and humiliations to teenage awakenings, from an awkward train encounter one late afternoon to a lifetime shared. Told in alternating voices, with humor and heartbreak, this is a book about the way people can fall, continue tumbling, and sometimes, at the bottom of the hill, manage to find one another.
