Liam Robbins, a former college hockey player, lost the love of his life to his greatest rival. Unable to escape his father's control or overcome the addiction that's consuming him, he finally realizes that he was never capable of making that relationship work.

When he reaches rock bottom, all hope seems lost. Until he sees a set of blue eyes that give him a reason to believe he might be worth saving, after all.
